Ningxia Commercial Foreign Trade Co***ny Limited(hereinafter referred to as ¡°NCFT¡±), an affiliate to China Salt Ningxia Commerce Group Limited, is a state-owned enterprise with a registered capital of RMB 51 million, mainly involved in imports and exports sector. NCFT is one of the major importing and exporting enterprises in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, a member co***ny of a number of professional associations, including China Chambers of Importers and Exporters for Ironmongery, Minerals and Chemicals, Chambers of Importers and Exporters of Food, Local Produces and Animal Products, Chambers of Importers and Exporters of Textile and Artifacts, and Chambers of Importers and Exporters of Pharmaceuticals and Health Food. The annual export volume of the co***ny values RMB 60-70 million. The major products we deal with include ferrous alloys, agro-products, and textiles, out which the exports of ferrosilicon and Chinese wolfberry are taking the leading in the sector.
The co***ny acquired ISO9001:2000 Quality Management Certificate in 2004, and successfully competed the upgrading to the 2008 version of the system in 2010. In 2005, the co***ny was awarded the Special Prize for National Foreign Trade Quality and Yields by China Foreign Economy and Trade Cooperation Associate. In 2006, the co***ny had the trademarks of two of its products, ¡°Liuhe¡± wolfberry and ¡°Goldstone¡± ferrosilicon, registered in Japan and Hong Kong respectively. In 2007, ¡°Liuhe¡± wolfberry was recognized as ¡°Branded Product for Export of Ningxia¡± by the Department of Commerce of Ningxia, and acquired kosher certificates for its wolfberry and dehydrated vegetable products. The same year, the co***ny was granted the honor of ¡°Advanced Entity of Nationwide Commerce Services¡± by the Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Personnel. It was also recognized as Class A Credible Tax Payer by national and local taxation authorities from 2007 to 2010 successively.
